We normally ship using DHL, TOLL, SKYNET or DPEX. We have found them to be highly reliable and responsive to resolving any problems that might arise. Once shipped a tracking no. is available for updated shipping information.
Shipping Time
We normally ship via Express Saver Shipping to all worldwide locations which will take between 10-15 days.
We make every effort to ship in stock items the same day. This is not always possible due to order backlog. Larger orders will also take longer. We need you to let us know how urgent your requirements are so that we can properly prioritize.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges can be determined by completing an order or quote online. We can also provide this for you if you contact us by phone, fax, or email. The product prices do not include shipping or insurance. Our default method is to pre-pay the shipping and add it to your invoice. We charge the standard international air freight rates. We do not normally charge handling fees.
We will gladly provide shipping quotes if requested, and can also provide weight and dimensions. If you require a Pro Forma Invoice, please let us know if you want us to quote shipping or if you will use your carrier account number.
Taxes
We are only authorized to collect sales tax for shipments to addresses in Bangladesh. For all other locations, the purchaser is responsible for paying any uncollected taxes or duties to their local authorities.
